The drive through is the way to go. With multiple lines for either using app or just to place order There are also parking spots delegated for the employees to bring your online order out. The reward app not only allows you to place your order, it also allows you to check in when you are there in a parking space for pickup. The app also allows customers to collect points for every dollar they spend that go towards more items. The app also lets you know when there is a special going on. L❤VE !

App is ok. wasn't as smooth as other food apps. Multiples of items in your cart only show as 1 item. Order 5 hash browns cart shows 1 in cart. Have to open cart and count to verify qty. Also on all orders especially large order there should be a scheduled pickup time. A meal for 12 people doesn't get started until you scan the qr code at the restaurant if you could schedule pick up time restaurant could plan for it better and pick up person doesn't have to wait 20+ minutes for the order.

wow over 7 dollars for a spicy chicken sandwich that isn't even a 1/4 inch thick and doesn't even cover the whole bun. Chick fila you have really become a nuisance more than a family restaurant. Your lines block traffic and for what. I piece of chicken that has been beaten to death with a hammer. You've lost me as a customer for life

If you have privacy protection on your phone, you can't sign up to buy chicken sandwiches.

I can't see my rewards. To choose from, I have 1900 points, no food or drinks to show me, so I know how many points it will be. This is a horrible app.
