I went to check filet once and it was amazing. But I don't like the way they treat their employees, especially the chick filet girl. I haven't met her, but I like her tiktoks and she wasn't doing anything wrong. Except for having fun at work and making it a good atmosphere

Used to be 5 star. But recently they keep logging me out and refuse to let me log in because I use a VPN. I won't put 1 star because this is still the only food app I use that doesn't require you to turn on and allow location services just to place an order.

Tried ordering lunch for coworkers and me. The app needed me to log in. I log in, and now it needs my phone number again. I type in my phone number it says it's in use by another account. I go to my account info, and it's my number. Why do you need my phone number just for me to order through your horribly programmed app? Genuinely had such a frustrating time that we all just got chipotle instead. At least their app works :/
