Great game, but...in order to stay relevant it requires spending. If you start a new game, consider going to an older continent within 3 days and no greater than level 5. Otherwise, you may be stuck in a new continent until migration. This means players arguing and dictating "rules" and can be war torn/chaotic. Old continents also have rules, but they are pretty well set and easy to abide. Plus the players are super experienced and happy to help you grow and learn.

Recent update causing google account switch issue. It had been almost a month now, and they can't seem to find the issue, now they are saying it's google's problem and not theirs, I can switch google accounts in other games just fine, but can not do it on this game, and all I got from their customer service is "we don't know how long it will take google to fix their issue". So irresponsible and horrible customer service.

I used to enjoy this game. However, in the last 6 mos it has declined rapidly. Fewer active players: likely due to the fact that the developers continue to increase the cost of in-game features that are necessary to play this game successfully. They also do not respond to customer service requests and don't appreciate long-term players. They continue to grow the game (adding new continents), hoping that new players will download and spend before they realize it is a waste of money and time!
