★★★★★ Great game, but...in order to stay relevant it requires spending. If you start a new game, consider going to an older continent within 3 days and no greater than level 5. Otherwise, you may be stuck in a new continent until migration. This means players arguing and dictating "rules" and can be war torn/chaotic. Old continents also have rules, but they are pretty well set and easy to abide. Plus the players are super experienced and happy to help you grow and learn.

★★☆☆☆ Their customer service is either awful or non-existent. I've reported in game issues countless times only to be either ignored or told that there's nothing wrong. The event EoC3: The Wrath of Nagpur is riddled with performance issues and glitches. I've lost so many T11 and T12 troops permanently due to game issues while fighting however they don't care. This game is NOT worth spending money on. Do yourself a favor and avoid. UPDATE: Months later my issues have still been ignored. 0/10 service.

★★☆☆☆ Recent update causing google account switch issue. It had been almost a month now, and they can't seem to find the issue, now they are saying it's google's problem and not theirs, I can switch google accounts in other games just fine, but can not do it on this game, and all I got from their customer service is "we don't know how long it will take google to fix their issue". So irresponsible and horrible customer service.
