Was working and now doesn't work at all. Not sure why things won't load. Cannot even submit an issue through their system... it won't load to send.

I used to have good experience with this app however since getting a new phone I have been unable to login as I don't receive the code. I give the customer service help team a negative rating unfortunately because I have been emailing for months trying to get help, and it takes me sending at least 2–3 emails before I get any response, and now I am just being completely ignored. I am unable to manage my child's booking which is extremely frustrating. Very unhappy :(

It used to be good but for the last couple of months it doesn't show any vacancies, so it is 100% useless. I have decided to delete it. I don't have time to follow up with customer service, it seems to be a common occurrence as seen in the reviews, it should be the responsibility of the app developer to update the system overall, so people don't have to individually reach out. Don't waste your time downloading it. Much easier to just send a quick email to the daycare manager to ask if vacancy.
