Great app as a parent and Center Manager. Easy to use can edit to reflect the staffing on the day if needed. We've had alot of bookings on the app super simple for families.

★★★★★ Rhiann Rawlinson · Dec 29, 2023

Honestly, a really handy app that I wish I had downloaded sooner! Very convenient way to communicate with childcare!

Great app, great way to book extra days, or mark an absent day. So easy to use

Now that it's changed from kindy not to childcare now I can't even open the app to use it!! 😑

★☆☆☆☆ Christina Gerber · Jul 6, 2026

Cannot see vacancies. Have raised the issue with the app help and the center and still not fixed after 6 months

★☆☆☆☆ Snookie & The Squids · Mar 7, 2021

Wish the app had a part that daycare could share photos, updates on the days and schedules and communicate options and more like the story park kindy apps they have now....

★☆☆☆☆ Mené Ashmore · Sep 4, 2025

I used to have good experience with this app however since getting a new phone I have been unable to login as I don't receive the code. I give the customer service help team a negative rating unfortunately because I have been emailing for months trying to get help, and it takes me sending at least 2–3 emails before I get any response, and now I am just being completely ignored. I am unable to manage my child's booking which is extremely frustrating. Very unhappy :(
