Easy to use platform, you get notified of your child/children's activity throughout the day, you can message teachers and administrators and get FAST responses most of the time, you can see your balance and make payments, mark your child(ren) absent if necessary, and add parents/guardians, emergency contacts and people authorized to pick up your child(ren) and edit them at any time.

I'm glad that my child's daycare started using this app. It's nice to get updates and see pictures of him during the day. One small bug: I get multiple (up to 17) simultaneous notifications when my child is signed out. Android groups these notifications together, so it isn't a big deal.

App was working fine, now for some random reason, my wife and I have stopped getting notifications, and we can't get it to turn back on. The option is greyed out and blocked. Installed and reinstalled, cleared the catch and all saved data, and Reached out to child pilot, no response. Googled it, no info for it. Also informed our daycare and school as if we are not able to get regular communication all the time through the app, then what's the point.

App is always having some kind of loading issue or showing wrong information. I check my child into school, and sometimes it doesn't register. I'll go to check him out in the afternoon, and it will say that I checked him in at 4:35. How is that possible when he's been there all day already. Sometimes it makes you scan a QR code sometimes it doesn't. Now it's just not loading at all. A blank white screen. It is so frustrating.
