★★☆☆☆ I've had chime since 2019,and I have loved them up until now. For the last 2 years, have kept requesting a physical debit card, and they just keep saying update your app, make sure you have the right address, etc. Honestly, it's like they get off on trying to make you feel stupid rather than helping their customers. I was able to request a credit builder card without any issues. So why won't you just give me my debit card. I'll be taking my business somewhere where they actually care for customer

I've had time for almost a year and a half and after looking back on this and through my statements I know where my funds have been, and I know that we're taking by this Bank I don't recommend this bank to anyone in fact it's not a bank it's a scam a fraudulent one at that!!! You get reps that you don't understand, they cancel your account when you catch on to their hokey pokey, and then blame you for their own fault be receiving info from my attor
