DON'T USE THIS CARD MY SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK WAS STOLEN FROM MY CHIME ACCOUNT. I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED WITH THEFT TO CHIME AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES COULD NOT HAVE CARED ANY LESS. THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY DID AN INVESTIGATION. I MADE A POLICE REPORT BUT CHIME REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY BACK TO ME. THEY ALSO ARE NOT FDIC INSURED EVEN THOUGH WHEN YOU CHECK ONLINE TO SEE IF THIS BANK IS SAFE THEY LIE SAYING THAT THEY ARE FDIC INSURED!! EVERYONE LEARN HOW TO LOCK YOUR BANK CARDS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!

Chime closed my account without warning on Oct 17, 2025. I contacted them the same day, and after 40 minutes they reactivated it but gave no reason. Then on Oct 30, I was told my account would be closed permanently on Dec 1 for a “policy violation,” but no one could say which policy. Sounds like they didn't have an excuse ready. I use Chime only for normal pay deposits. Very stressful experience. Switching to a real bank that values its customers. A bank that actually deserves my money.
