Chimera is a collectible card game where you splice real animals into creatures that have never existed — then collect, battle, and trade them.
Collect the animal kingdom. Fifty-four real animals, each a card with nature-documentary field notes, an environment, a size, and a trait. Great White Shark. Golden Eagle. Honey Badger. The starting deck of the natural world.
Splice something new. Drop two animals into the Splicer and merge them into a hybrid — a chimera. Every combination is valid, and the stranger the pairing, the harder the splice. Push a 3-card splice and you might mint a Mythic.
Discover what no one has. The first time anyone splices a brand-new combination, an AI generates its name, its art, and its field notes on the spot — a creature that didn't exist a second ago. Get there first and your name is stamped on the species forever as its Origin Splicer.
Battle across three lanes. Draft a deck and fight over Land, Water, and Air. Spend energy each turn, play your creatures' cost, power, and abilities, and take two of the three lanes to win. Lane Conditions bend the rules mid-match — and the higher your level, the sharper your opponents.
Level up everything. Battling, splicing, opening packs, trading — it all earns XP. Climb the levels for coins, gems, and packs, and race up two leaderboards: most wins this week, and highest level.
Trade a real economy. List your spare cards on the player marketplace and buy the ones you're missing. Prices float; rare creatures move fast.
Chase the rare stuff. Chimeras turn up in special-edition variants — Cyber, Shadow, Crystal, and more — that only appear on a lucky splice. Complete sets, fill your trophy case, and earn rewards only collectors can.
Free to play. Earn coins, send field expeditions that return with free cards, and build your collection without spending a cent. Gems (an optional purchase) speed things up and open the Mythic Pack.

Current headline odds — the Mythic Pack yields one Mythic chimera chosen uniformly at random from the Mythic catalog (equal chance each); Collector's Pack chimeras land approximately 53% Common, 29% Uncommon, 18% Rare; base-card packs draw uniformly (about 1.85% per animal). Odds shift as the catalog of discovered chimeras grows. Gems cannot be exchanged for real money.
