China Southern Airlines

★★★★★ Really useful I use this app all the time. I find it extremely useful. The update is not suspicious, it is just this app is designed for the Chinese market and the play store does not work in China, and so you need regular updates which come from China southern. Of course there is still some work to improve the app but it is work in progress. I have a few recommendations myself.

★★★★★ Does what it says For me works very good, it did update after I installed which was strange to me, if there's new version why is not here on Google Play then? Other than that everything works as it should.

★★☆☆☆ Nothing Works! Always asking to update like a bug, cannot log in to my account, cannot check flight status and what not. In summary: worst airline app.

★★☆☆☆ Useless and painful * can't link my ticket to my account/app to manage them * can't identify flight ticket with passenger name/ticket number or phone number. Some issues with the format, but what is te correct format I've no idea * got error message in chinese even when I switch to English * invasive permissions (why do you need to record audio, read contacts and calls !??) * had tremendous difficulties buying tickets online: had to switch between Firefox/Chrome and both browsers private mode as I was getting errors, in chinese, with my skypearl account. * website is yet another terrible and heavy Java application and UX is totally absent.
