Hello, I previously purchased the No Ads option in Chirpy Sort through Google Play. I recently had to download the game again, and after reinstalling it, my No Ads purchase is no longer being recognized. I am using the same Google account that I used when I originally made the purchase. I do not want to purchase No Ads a second time because I have already paid for it. Please restore my previous No Ads purchase to my game account.

This is a fun & challenging game for sure, but seems as though since I've hit the appx 700 level, there is so much inconsistency of ads not being available when I want to "add a branch"! Either nothing happens-no ads become available, or just a quick snippet of an ad or ads show & I'm still not provided a branch to be able to continue playing. And no, I'm NOT paying to stop the ads, as the amount charged is too high; I read a lot of other player's complaints about having done so & not to

Great game. I'm on level 141. Sure gets u to think. Only 1 Lil thing I wish u would change. U have all the extra pop-ups stay a good amount of time which is unnecessary. But the 1 Lil pop up for inspiration u take away in less than 1 second. In these times. Good sayings r needed to help people. U should put it to at least stay long enough to read it. It's gone in a split sec but yet the ads just stay and stay and stay 😏

On other games that are like this one, they give you empty branches, so you can move the birds around. This game starts you with no empty branches forcing you to need to make in-app purchases before you start. And it wants you to use 900 points when you haven't been able to play long enough to earn any points and when you do earn points it's like 30 points or 60, not enough to use, so you can continue to play. This game is money grab

As soon as I paid to get rid of the ads, all the extra branches went from playing a video to get an extra one to being 900 coins. And the level I am on is not winnable without an extra branch. The only way to get more coins at this point is to pay more money. Sorry I ever paid them any money as it is just a trap. Shame on you!
