Respected Sir/Madam, I am not able to submit daily Monitoring Report through the CHM app (Andhra Pradesh COVID hospital management app). On clicking for image in point no 34 the image is not being captured by the app and thus final submission isn't being accepted. The error message being shown on clicking the submit tab is 'Please capture image'. I am using Oppo A15 with Android 10 ColorOS V7.2 version. Please check from your side.
