If this app is for Residence Inn hotel I definitely give a 5 star. Beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms. The staff is friendly and very helpful and a full complimentary breakfast every morning. I've been here almost 2 months. If it's for the Mainstay hotel, that place is so ghetto. The grounds are trashed the room I was in had squirrels and the front desk woman Erin is a horrible gossip and troublemaker. She was supposed to be suspended for what she did to me, but was back the next day.

Crashes every time I open it. I was able to make a reservation a month ago using the app and logged into my account. Now, I cannot log in and customer service said my account is inactive. I called the hotel directly, and they see my reservation and confirmed email and active status. Useless.

Cannot even log in, immediate crash on sign in page. I need this for setting up hotels both for an upcoming personal trip and for weekly business purposes.

I had a great stay at the hotel itself—clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is with the rewards program through Choice Hotels. I have not been receiving points for my stays, which defeats the purpose of being a loyal customer. It’s frustrating to spend money and not receive the benefits that are advertised. Until this is resolved, it makes me reconsider continuing to book with Choice. The hotel experience may be good, but don’t count on your rewards po
