★★★★★ Starts of great hard choices to make the story interesting can't wait for the full game to be free once it does your work will soar to the top of all choice rpgs in my opinion

★★★★★ Really deep game with incredible world building, Felt like a bioware title to me and I became deeply invested in the characters. Massively enjoyed it and can't wait for the sequel

★★★★★ If you want a CYA novel where your choices really matter, this is the one. The scale and level of agency here is quite astonishing, and it also happens to be the most smartly written and most fully realized fantasy world I've read of this interactive genre. Only complaints are many character names are juggled (and can appear with next to no introduction) and a frustrating cliffhanger ending. Hats off too for featuring asexual romance, which has been approached in very little media anywhere!

★★☆☆☆ Still waiting on the second one. Update I gave 1 star on 9/4/19 because the first game is a cliffhanger that leads you to a second unreleased game it's 9/29/21 my reviews stays the same as I'm still waiting on the second game.

★★☆☆☆ ~freedom of choice~ is quite the prison. Like so many other players choice games it gets so wrapped up in giving you options that you never feel like you're getting to the story. I made it to chapter 3 & I have no fkn clue where this story is going or even what the goal is. everything after the prologue is work. Not kidding. Hunting. Trading. Camping. Crunching numbers. Waiting for characters to come back, so you can finally do something-WAIT nope just have to decide on barley or mules again
