This is the third time I've tried to enter a meeting on this app, and I cannot get in. it says it's taking me to the meeting room and then it does nothing.

This app is utterly useless. It doesn't give you any options for contacting or checking anything. You can't even contact, directly or indirectly, your care team in any capacity. It doesn't offer any sort of function for that. What is the point of an app for keeping in touch with health care team that doesn't even let me??
