The app is great to use. Aesthetically pleasing and easy to order. It is pleasant and intuitive filling most details for you. The company is better at customer service and delivery of food. Love the beef chunks and the spices are nice. Sometimes it gets a bit too well done or burnt, making it too salty, aside that the jollof is awesome and texture is to die form.

The first time I have bought a Pizza this way. Delivery was prompt. Pizza was tasty but selection of additional toppings very small indeed to being almost nonexistent. Sadly, even though the delivery was prompt the pizza was quite cool so need eating rapidly. (I dislike cold or rewarmed pizza). I shall try again to see if same problems exist. I would also like to use this Chris service to buy from Chicken man but range on offer is very limited.

The bolt delivery feature is heavily flawed... why use the customer's number and not the branch number... this causes a lot of confusion between the customer and the bolt driver... even though the branch is the party who initiates the bolt order... Also, there seems to be some sort of bug when you choose card payment method... the app keeps going back in the middle of entering card details
