The app is one of the best delivery apps so far but at least there should be a cancel order option available so that at least if there is an order mistake made, it can be cancelled

It is obviously a great app that aims to assist we distant consumers of pizza man. Also, I'm really down for all the great features, fast responses to delivery after all in the app... keep the good work up.

You people are very bad in delivery for 4 good hours I ordered the food and I ended up getting the food cold really is that how you people work

The bolt delivery feature is heavily flawed... why use the customer's number and not the branch number... this causes a lot of confusion between the customer and the bolt driver... even though the branch is the party who initiates the bolt order... Also, there seems to be some sort of bug when you choose card payment method... the app keeps going back in the middle of entering card details

This is very disappointing. I placed an order for the Triple C Pizza at 7:00 PM, and as of 12:00 AM, it has still not been prepared. The service at the ONUST branch is extremely slow, and it makes me wonder whether this is an attempt to limit the number of customers benefiting from the Triple C Pizza promotion. I was looking forward to enjoying my meal. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed and saddened.
