★★★★★ Autoplay is really nice for someone who don't have much time to focus on the game. There is no pay to win really. The only thing you can buy is to enchant the equipment, so it doesn't fail. You can collect the stuff from playing too. Graphics, skills and different modes of the game are really nice and easy to figure out. I gave 4 stars as the ping jumps up pretty high sometimes. Recommend for people who like to enjoy the game with not a lot of time to sit and focus.

★★☆☆☆ PvE is very easy. PvP is super unbalanced. Everyone gets matched randomly. No separation between tiers or power levels of players. Worst PvP game ever. I spent few bucks not much. But I still regret spending it.

★★☆☆☆ Imbalance. Merge server Imbalance level and stats of other server.

★★☆☆☆ Customer service team or aka game masters are the worst across me playing games for over 20 years. They are robotic, dismissive, rude and simply unprofessional. Every reply is just a copy and paste polite sorry and bang your head against a wall. Game is heavily based on micro translations and turing to be purely pay to win, and you pay a lot. If misc lick in an item .screw you. System glitches.nope our game is perfect and screw you. Made mistake while buying something .screw u !!

★★☆☆☆ Problem in the arena, even if you win. You will not be declared a victor, even though the opponent disappears. And you cannot get out even after the countdown timer is zero. Only way is to give up. Frustrating
