Better off using the website. Doesn't work with rewards at all, no spending points or ability to add discounts/free items to cart as you can on the full site. Some items are totally missing (face masks, for example). Pretty disappointing, as a returning customer--the customer service and products are great, the app is not.

I'm unable to sign in or type in the chat box since the recent update. The sign-in process says it sends a code to my email but no code ever arrives. When I try to use the chat feature, the keyboard covers the text box and even if I try typing blind, no words appear in the text box.

In the weeks I've had the app not a single new "daily deal" has been added. Items on sale are either sold out or a horrible style (such as swim trunks with *see through* white stripes over your genitals!). Not worth wasting space on your phone.
