Not reliable. Only works 50% of the time (when there is low market volatility/activity). 10 days per month the app will freeze before you can actually place your order. You'll spend 20,30,40 minutes trying to get something done (missing opportunities) and/or waiting on hold for an hour. And for what? Ques trade has similar pricing. Wealth Simple is nearly free. Interactive Brokers is far cheaper - those 3 are all better than CIBC. Even paying a couple bucks more with TD is a better experience

I like the fingerprint login, but there isn't as much info as when I log in via the website. For example, when selecting an individual stock, I can't see the dividend info as easily as on the website. Also wish I could use an email for 2FA instead of just a cell. When I'm out of the country try and not using my Can Sim, I can't log into my account. PiTA. I prefer using direct web access rather than the app because of the lack of info in the app. I've reviewed my comments and they STILL apply.
