UI and UX are so terrible that it's very easy to make a mistake purchase (VOSE vs Spanish showings for example are always changing on the app). Oftentimes you don't even receive a ticket after booking. Deleted the app after being a long time user as the customer service has just sadly deteriorated as well over the past year with them offering no help whatsoever.

Many issues with the app. There is no solution if you experience a problem. They are cheating. Simple. I've lost couple of times my money. Once, I've bought 2 tickets, and I've paid 4. I claimed the money back, and they gave me the option to have 2 tickets in order to use them in 30 days. They also asked me to send them a Screenshot of my bank with all my personal account data in order to prove them that they charged twice the price of 2 tickets... This is absolutely absurd

Terrible app, very poor ux. Furthermore, I purchased 2 tickets, it charged my card but didn't generate the tickets.
