You have to give credit where due. Cineplex has done an excellent job bringing the movie planning and ordering experience to the phone. Browsing showings, buying tickets and ordering concessions in advance is very intuitive, and they made seeing your Cine Club credits very clear as well.

Worst app ever. Try to order concessions and instead of linking it to the theater you already bought tickets in, it takes you right to the checkout, then asks you if you want to add the order to the upcoming movie, you click yes, then it brings you back to your cart to make you checkout all over again, once you're done, it then asks you to select a theater, then it brings you back to your cart to check out yet again. It's a never ending loop. Whoever created this app should be fired.

Why in the world would you think your customers wouldn't want to see their Scene card number? I don't need the last 4 digits. I'm not downloading the Scene app. Let me view my card number.

Here, on a vacation from the USA. Requires signing-up for simple ticket price inquiries... via website & app. Required secondary "security verification" of a ph#, which will not let you advance, if you choose to decline or cancel adding ph#. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! Uninstalled app, and it's still difficult to unsubscribe from initial sign-up. Showtime & theater info are easier to access, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to call for pricing. Edit: Avoid calling! Just an automated runaround with no price info.
