Generally really nice. I wish the interface was a little more intuitive, and some things should really work offline as you don't always have internet inside cinemas for opening your QR codes.

This app used to be very functional; it remembered my login, I could book tickets with it, and pay for the tickets with a saved credit card. Nowadays, it mostly remembers my login, let me book a ticket about half of the times (the other times it lands me on a page about payments) and it NEVER remembers my credit card. So tedious! If, at least, I could pay with Google Pay as an option, that would save me from going card hunting every time I want to buy a cinema ticket

When you are purchasing ticket, buying popcorn or Drinks the point you want to get for you card some time I will take hours to get, or sometimes you won't receive any points at all. Please work at that
