★★★★★ I enjoy using the app for all my movie needs, from buying my tickets to in seat food ordering at the VIP. The only part that doesn't please me is the fact that I have to skip a commercial of other movies when trying to watch a trailer of a selected movie I intend to buy tickets for on your own platform. This is not YouTube..... This kind of practices just waste time and discourage u from staying on the app.....

★★★★★ Fast way to find out what's playing, where, and to buy tickets ahead of time. App is easy to use and intuitive. Maybe Ticketmaster can learn a thing or two from this app!

★★☆☆☆ When it works it's great. When it doesn't, you can't log in or access tickets. Terrible user interface.

★★☆☆☆ App is super slow on my Samsung Note 10+ and S9. Really bad though is Cineplex have added a $1.50 per ticket surcharge for using the app unless you have a Scene+ card. Sounds like a cash grab to me. This is typically called "tying" in financial circles. This is just ridiculous and makes no sense especially since the Scene cards were hacked back in 2019 and thousands of points were stolen from Scene card owners and possibly personal information. CINEPLEX, PLEASE DUMP THE SURCHARGE!!!

★★☆☆☆ This app is still one of the worst. Constantly has error on login. Can't do Facebook, can't do Google. Hardly remembers my password. Updates never remember anything. Cineplex is one of the worst apps.
