Constantly having issues logging in and having to use my computer instead of the mobile app. It keeps telling me technical error, try again later. The app is up-to-date and this is so frustrating that I can't check my balance on the go.

I just received a notice after downloading app almost 2 weeks ago. It is no longer compatible with this device?????? I have an Android phone when prompted to download it directs me to Google Play Store, yet it is not compatible??????

The workflow I can get used to. The big problem I have with it is that it is worse than the previous app with regard to rejecting pictures of the checks, often accusing me (falsely) of trying to send two pictures of the front, or, not having an endorsement (also false.) I had to take repeat pictures of several deposit checks and some of them I had to do thrice. This app has always had reliability issues for depositing.
