I'm just getting started with the app, I completed the mental fitness test and the analysis was provided immediately after within the app in both audio and written notation. To my astonishment the analysis was incredibly accurate which was alarming, but thankfully the analysis flowed in a manner that allowed me to feel hopeful by the end. Improving the health of my mind and ego begins with me making the choice to do so. I am a Christian.

I just happened to come across THIS app as I was looking for another. I installed it and (as of now), have ONLY done the free self-assesment test. OM Gosh! It is SOOO accurate, I couldn't believe it. I'm DEFINITELY going to coincide using it along with my Psychotherapy

The mental test was MY mental test! Everything was spot on with only a handful of questions about myself. Some of the things I was aware of, however, not to the extent of just how aware I was. As I'm just starting my journey with Cingula, I'll keep you posted on the progress within myself. I'm very much looking forward to experiencing the rewards within myself.

Has added a paywall that won't let people access the app at all until premium is bought, and did not warn anyone. Horrible, just make it a paid app then, stop tricking me like this!! Was useful once, now I'm leaving and not looking back.

I was so impressed by the free sessions, I signed up for a month! Even if you don't use the paid version, the mental health assessment and the journal is an excellent way to track the tiny growth that you may not see while you're in the midst of it. EDIT: it's a shame there are no more free features, as you can tell from my previous review, I found them very helpful. Now that Cingula has gone 100% behind a paywall, I cannot stand behind my previous statements.
