App was alright at the start, but suddenly I couldn't access anything in the app at all. Told me my token was expired no matter what I did, even after switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Updating the app, restarting my phone didn't work. Takes ages when I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Switched to circles as the plan was competitively priced and cust svc was good, but noticed also that connectivity on apps like telegram or Instagram were slower than last time after switching telco

Been with circles life for a few years. Normally I don't compare what other telcom offers as I stupidly believe in loyalty. I normally off sim card when I travel, but they still charge me additional, when I write email in, their so-called happiness expert say will get back to me, but totally no update. I send in email saying I will terminate but no reply either. I go sign up Giga telcom and wanted to port my number, but next day, circles block it, and you will have to call in personally.

Terrible experience with Customer Service. Beware of false advertising especially when they mention "Rest of the World" roaming data, read the footnote. "Rest of the World" is not really true, u will release, you are only given 1 GB for Global roaming data instead of whatever number of GB shown on their advertisement. Sent feedback on this took them more than a week still no resolution. They even attempt to close the case without providing any solution, sending you a survey to complete.
