After receiving update, PDF files in circular is not downloading or opening. We tried everything, uninstall the installation, showed to teachers. But help regarding this issue. Please sort it out. Regrads

Cannot see any details of the Child, cannot download or open any circular, or other information in the app, developer pls look into it, the School does not even have WhatsApp group for the same.
