CI Soft provides a very poor user experience. The payment gateway frequently does not work. Whenever we contact customer support, they only advise us to clear the app cache, but the issue remains unresolved. I have tried making payments using my Android phone as well as my wife's phone, but the payment has failed on both devices. Despite repeated complaints, the support team keeps saying that the payment gateway is managed by the school. This issue has caused significant inconvenience.
