Very poor app service from Citi, I did the temporary LOCKED the card, now I am not able to unlock the card. And OTP ALSO NOT RECEIVING ON MOBILE NUMBER. After I try to call customer service to report the issue but no response from customer service.

Very bad online rather mobile banking.my issues faced 1) no option .as mentioned in support.profile and setting 2) no option for check book request 3) no option to write back 4) no option for mention complain / write your issues.5) very inconvenience mobile banking.u can only see balance or send mony 6) closed india Citibank called Citing.don't know why.7) international funds transfer made huge pricing. Overall it feel is ir bank or a KINGDOM RULING.8) SORRY TOTALY EMBRACING HOPE LE

Trying to log in, it says Citibank app no longer compatible, trying to upgrade, it says uninstall, not sure what the issue with the mobile app of Citi.
