Worst bank. I could not update my UAE ID as the application is not supporting my Samsung mobile note 9, Android version 9. I have sent numerous email with the attached copy of New UAE ID, also called center. Nothing has happened so far. I got messages from Citibank my account is not updated with new UAE ID and account will be blocked rgds MOHD SHAHADAT HOSSAIN MAUNDER

Extremely disappointed with Credit card service. Now I've been trying to cancell the card and requested for closure letter. No one seems to bother. Customer care says you will get call back in an hour but not even a call in that day. You call and wait and the call gets cut after a point. Moral: You will be treated Royally when buying the Crest card, but once u wa. a cancel..... !! Hope at least I will get a call back.
