Login is a little tricky, and when I loaded the app onto my new phone it automatically disabled my existing six-digit pin but didn't inform me, which involved spending an hour on the phone with customer support. That would have been a very useful notification to save time. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to use.

This app is getting more and more annoying. At first, it wouldn't let me use it if I had developer options turned on... and now it won't let me use just any keyboard... and I have to REBOOT MY PHONE when I change keyboards! I can see why they would not want you to use some odd, third party keyboard, but they should support a white-list of quality, Android keyboards that they support, not just the built-in one. And don't tell me to DM you on X, as I don't have an account there because elon SUX!!!

Terrible. Now you can't even deposit a check. I am so disgusted with this app and it's developers (and their Citi handlers) absolute disrespect for user experience that I am lost for non-profane words.

App crashes!!! Horrible update and even worse support. I've been a Agribusiness customer for over 25 years and there is no tech support department for business customer - all calls get forwarded to business customer service overseas. 5 hours on the phone transferred 10 times. No way for me to get a token. The developer number on the Play details page gives a busy signal. All the replies to these reviews state to contact citi help via email or x is insulting. Time wasted. Galaxy S10+ user.
