Love both the MFA and mobile banking capabilities!

Login is a little tricky, and when I loaded the app onto my new phone it automatically disabled my existing six-digit pin but didn't inform me, which involved spending an hour on the phone with customer support. That would have been a very useful notification to save time. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to use.

I like the fact of business two-way verification in which you have to get a token every time you log in token is simple and easy and different ways me make superb security.

Nightmare. Used to be fine, but now it says device developer options detected by app. I am traveling abroad and cannot access my money or my accounts. Nightmare behind belief. Citi is as evil at it gets to lock is out for no reason

App crashes!!! Horrible update and even worse support. I've been a Agribusiness customer for over 25 years and there is no tech support department for business customer - all calls get forwarded to business customer service overseas. 5 hours on the phone transferred 10 times. No way for me to get a token. The developer number on the Play details page gives a busy signal. All the replies to these reviews state to contact citi help via email or x is insulting. Time wasted. Galaxy S10+ user.

This app is getting more and more annoying. At first, it wouldn't let me use it if I had developer options turned on... and now it won't let me use just any keyboard... and I have to REBOOT MY PHONE when I change keyboards! I can see why they would not want you to use some odd, third party keyboard, but they should support a white-list of quality, Android keyboards that they support, not just the built-in one. And don't tell me to DM you on X, as I don't have an account there because elon SUX!!!
