It's a good app, but I put settings to a small area around my home to watch out for the diaper snipers and crime in my area in NE Philadelphia, yet it still consistently sends me stuff that happens all over the city AND country. So it needs to be upgraded for people who JUST want their local nonsense. I DON'T care about what's going on in Michigan or California. For nationwide nonsense, we have the news on TV. I (and others) JUST want OUR area so we can see what the usual suspects are up to.

It's ok shouldn't have to pay for premium, that shows all the sex offenders. Why make people pay, if it was free then everyone could be on the watch for the sex offenders. Making that unavailable unless you pay if wrong sex offenders are supposed to be publicly known and watched....

How can such a useful app turn into such a cluttered mess. I really found this useful until they changed the design. Now it's such a cluttered mess it's difficult to find reports in my own area. I tried the paid version, and it's definitely not worth it. It's still a cluttered mess in paid and contains useless features. I'm also mad about everything that was free is now only available with a too expensive subscription. I'm happily using Crime Radar app now

Free version doesn't show you much at all. There are other apps that really care about you and will show you sex offenders to keep you safe without having to pay someone like this nasty app.

This app REALLY SUCKS now!! Paywall 4 everything. 5/21/23First you scroll through the headers, click on one you want to read, and then rescroll though the same headers already read, If this is streamlining your app scroll through the same alerts twice, then to click on each notification next to the bell with the red dot before it will go away. Redundant. I don't need this app to copy fake news. What good is this app? I hear sirens, nothing new within last 10 hours. Now it's just a map, no news

The Citizen app wants to charge for video and certain notifications but when there's an alert for missing people or public safety issues those alerts needs to be or stay free
