I don't understand why others are able to log in and others can't, an application should have at least a "create an account" option, but this app doesn't, no matter how many times you enter your number or Ghana card number, you still can't be logged in, please this app is very, very useless in my opinion, change this app

I am not able to log in. I tried on several occasion to login but it all to no avail. After entrying the verification code then this message pops up saying unable to create new account. Only existing users can log in.
