★★★★★ I LOVE my credit union. People are SO friendly, helpful, do a great job at guiding me right. I love my branches, like Lake Mills, Belmont. Easy to navigate on-line. Best place I have EVER banked with. I highly recommend Citizens Community Credit Union.

★★★★★ Would love to see a bill paying option as well as a check ledger option. I rarely use paper and pen anymore, and it'd be nice to be able to send s paper check to someone if that's their desire. Counter checks are a poor substitute and there is no digital ledger to track them.

★★☆☆☆ Updated my phone to the Galaxy S22 and the app quit working I can't get it to work on this new phone.

★★☆☆☆ App used to work recently stopped and will not let me log in at all. Tried reinstalling several times And still will not work. Need to update app, so it works with android phones again.
