UPDATE (7/20/24): After several months of use, I have nothing to add to the following except: When depositing a check, after selecting the destination checking account for the deposit, the app should display the account number ad the photos are being taken. Other than this, the app continues to perform flawlessly. The Citizens First Bank app works flawlessly. The GUI is totally intuitive and response time is instantaneous. What else does one need?

Terrible deposit app. ALWAYS a fight to get picture accepted. Worst deposit bank app I've ever used. A year later and still no improvement. DO BETTER!

Nothing comes easy to do. Changing passwords is complicated. Dealing with the bank is awful. Your web page is the WORST I EVER DEALT WITH. SIMPLE TASK ARE GETTING HARDER. REALLY DISLIKE THIS SYSTEM

I can no longer deposit a check with the app. I can take a picture of the front of the check, but when I go through the process of taking a picture of the back, the picture doesn't show up. I get no errors or anything. But it will be rejected because there's no picture of the back showing my signature. It used to work fine.
