Can you please make it available to show password as you type it in? You get locked out if you don't type it in correctly and have to call your bank to get it unlocked! Very annoying if it's after hours or weekend and your bank is closed!!

It will not let me log in. I've never had a problem with this app till today. It's keeps saying my ID and password is invalid. I know it's not, I even looked my papers I got from my bank. Same password and I'D number I always use to log in!! So why is it acting up?

Service I received opening my account, I was promised money to open my account, and also for my 83-year-old grandmother who referred me to the bank, who was also supposed to receive money this is going back to April 3rd 2015. I open my account with Scott if Elmwood Her tel branch! I was promised by Scott, that I would receive $100 promotion for opening the account! And that my grandmother would receive, money for referring me to the bank! It's a shame to this day I have not received any kind of promotion! When on that day I open the account! Scott who is an employee with Citizens Bank, SAT there in front of me and put the promotion in the computer! And said that everything is good. I feel it's very or shamed with Citizens Bank.

This app for banking is a joke. Can never get it to do mobile deposit without freezing up. I have tried countless times to use it, and it always freezes up or constant please wait cUse it won't allow the picture to take
