Firstly it's very secure, and if you have trouble getting in, their over the phone customer service is great. Secondly it's super easy to use. You can control cards remotely transfers are quick and easy. No ads. You can log in with biometrics (do not use face ID) I have a twin and when I set up face ID on my phone, we tested it, and he could get in, face ID is not super secure, someone who looks like you could get in. All in all great app 100% recommend, enough said.

Transferred over to a new phone, can't mobile deposit check, went back to the old phone still can't deposit checks. Keeps crashing and saying a bug is present in the app every time I try to take a picture of the check.

Since the update 11/7 I can't deposit a check via the mobile app. I sent the issue to the email. They emailed me back that I need to be logged into my account.... NO REALLY??! I've deleted and reinstalled several times, same issue.

App will not allow me to deposit a check. I go to take the pictures of the check, and it malfunctions and closes with a message that the first mobile has a bug. And just to update the app when the problem is fixed. Tried that several times now for the last month, still with no change.
