I tried to create an account to get points, the system said error, and to reach out through email, so I did and explained the issue and what I did to resolve. Why did I get an email response from their AI?! Not even a human response telling me what they are going to do but from there lame AI, giving me the same solution I already tried. If a person had seen my email, then maybe they could have come up with a better solution 🤔. Time to uninstall.
