Log in fail! I keep entering my username and password and it tells me it's wrong. I know it's not because I can log in through the web patient portal.

I type in my email/password and it tells me that the information doesn't match. Then I go to "Forget Password" and when I type in my email, it says "Wrong Credentials". Mind you, this is after I just created my account through my email sent to me by CityMD after I got my Covid-19 test. I lllogbon through the email and it's all good, through the app.... nothing! Fix ASAP please.

Who the hell do you think you are telling me that I need wifi to use video conferencing? This is pathetic BS. You have no idea how fast my wifi is and how fast my mobile data is. My mobile data is 5G and performs VERY well. I do NOT need wifi to use video. Don't you ever force users to do BS like this. Now I have to walk around and find some inferior wifi spot that will be slower than my 5G, and the main medical issue here is that after COVID, I cannot walk around too much. PATHETIC!!!!!!
