I was planning to move to NYC, and was trying to find NYC apartment rentals. And I can say City snap is the best one out there. It helped me filter places according to my liking and was specifically looking for no fee apartments and this app made everything really intuitive and easy to use. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking for NYC real estates.

Hey, I think there should be an app that is completely dedicated to gathering nothing but apartments that accept the HRA program, It should not be that hard, With closer examination and startup of this particular app I'm asking to be created that many landlords will be willing to accept the vouchers and stable rent payments. There is the longest waiting list that is spilling into shelters and SRO's because of the lack of this particular organized app in reality. Niche and $200 finders fees.

They asked me to leave a review. So I am. Not very intuitive. App feels like it was built for the rest of the country and doesn't take into account nuances of NYC marketplace. They should have asked for feedback before launching.

I absolutely hate the musical advertisement for this app on spotify, and downloaded it soley so I could leave this trash review. If they keep it up I will invite all of my friends to do the same. Also, don't move to NYC, they do not want you there, go find someplace affordable that isn't a trash-fire of environmental and safety concerns.

The concept is great, but execution is not there yet. The app is very slow, especially when using the most important feature-the map. When trying to move around the map and click on listings sometimes it doesn't even respond and just stays frozen.
