★★★★★ Except being a little on the expensive side, I absolutely love this app!! I actually have 2 loved ones incarcerated, my son and my fiancé. When I add money to the account on my phone it is only for me to text them because I purchase calling cards for both of them to call me. I have been reading a lot of the reviews and I see a lot of people complaining about the video calls freezing up. I live in an extremely rural area and I have no problems at all with almost no cell service.

★★☆☆☆ This app is horrible. Loaded money over 24 hours ago, and it's still not updated the balance, so I can't send any messages or receive any calls they got their money, and I got nothing in return. Customer service is no help.

★★☆☆☆ My phone don't ring when u get calls from the jail. IDK why I deleted the app three times and started over with different number and e-mail. I cannot figure out why my phone won't ring. It will tell me I missed a call on the app, but that is it.wve if I'm playing with the phone nothing pops up on the screen saying I have a call coming in it just does nothing. Its drives me crazy bc I cannot hardly ever talk to my boyfriend.
