I've been trying this app along with another one, and the recentest improvements with the recommendations and the CALENDAR sync with Google calendar along with the jet lag calculation being built in have sold me on this app over a competitor that has separate apps for those functions.

I'm really liking this app a lot! It's helping me pay attention to my sleep habits throughout the day. I especially like the reminders/notifications to make me aware of what I need to focus on, and not forget about. It's definitely not intrusive, and if you have questions or concerns they get back to you! I get all that for free! They update regularly, but not excessively, you have to let the science do the job.

This app would be great IF it actually worked! I am shift worker and would find this app very useful, but whenever I try and open it I get the spinning wheel of death or just a blank screen :(

This app doesn't work... I keep adding things to the schedule, but they don't appear no matter how many times I save them. Also refuses to connect to the health connect app, and the step tracker they offer in its place doesn't work either. Had the app for all of 15 min, and I'm deleting it now
