This app works very well. Daytime and nighttime videos are clear. I installed the doorbell and app in the last 2 weeks and am very satisfied. I do wish the video camera could pan up/down and side to side.

I find the alarm is crisp on picture quality. It has lost Wi-Fi signal on me once and was a hassle to get it back up and going. With that being said, it instantly alerts me via phone notification when someone rings the doorbell.

This came with our new home, and we will be quickly migrating away from it. ---No push notification when the doorbell is rung. ---No push notification when the camera senses movement. ---Because of this, the "answer your door if you are away" doesn't work. There is no way to know if someone is at your door. The page to mark what area you want the camera to sense is not intuitive. You can not tell if they are included or excluded areas. The doorbell camera picks up cars that drive taking less than 2 seconds, even on the lowest sensitivity setting. --The alarm does not seem to give a push notification. - Again this makes it pointless. --Does not integrate with Philips Hue lights, which are the most common smart light bulb out there. --When installing, asked for a password that was entered without replacing the letters with * and after it was saved showed the length of the password. Concerned this means the password is stored as plain text and unwashed. *huge security concern* Not software related... --The door alarm sensor fell off after 2 days.

CONS: Does not link to Clare system for control, notification comes 5 minutes after the motion detection, app needs a lot of work to change features easily, user interface is not user-friendly at all, video quality is not impressive. PROS: It beeps to get peoples attention when approaching.

The app keeps restarting (Pixel 6) And won't let me log in. The camera also has errors anytime I want to play back an event or doorbell ring.
