★★★★★
This is a really great option to explore CBT. There are a lot of resources for navigating mental health. It doesn't remind me to check in unless I have just done something with the app. I'd prefer it be timed or daily, instead of I just journal, and then it asks me if I want to after I am done. Overall it has been a great help.
★★★★★
Honestly, it's such an awesome aid to therapy. I'm already working with a therapist and this is a great way to log my moods and thoughts in the days between sessions so I can bring it to my therapist. The AI journal is super helpful for digging deeper into my thoughts and finding specific solutions for solvable problems and ways to accept things that I can't change.
★★★★★
So far, so good. My boyfriend bought the premium version for me and it was fantastic. I am giving these five stars because I really liked the interface/the way it was organized. There are many journals there that are helpful for every thought or feeling. The app really challenges you to think about alternative thoughts, it really encourages you to reflect about the day. Will change my review if ever I notice something odd.
★★☆☆☆
When you go to start journal, it says $0 for the year and to start a trial, then when you click to start trial, it's actually $60 for the year. False advertising and slow app to even get to the Journaling steps
★★☆☆☆
Paid app, but they don't say that at the start. This is a mental health app. Some people's mental state might become worse after doing a questionnaire of 31 questions only to find they have to pay for it, plus the amount really isn't cheap where I'm from. Do better! If it's a paid app, say so. Mental health apps should be direct and not try the usual cunning marketing tactics.
