This is an exceptional app. This is my second time purchasing through the Claro Shop app and my experience has been awesome. Very easy to use and user-friendly. They have great deals every day, and you can either pay with your credit/debit card, pay with your Telex receipt, and now you can apply for their own line of credit and pay every month instead of purchasing the item fully.

Horrible, the app doesn't work, and the worst part of it is, you buy things from it. You have no way of knowing what's up with your order, besides "approving", The supposed contact numbers don't work The chat function doesn't work. It's a joke, and most surprisingly, IT'S STILL IN THE STORE !!!! FUNNY HOW SOMETHING THAT CHARGES YOU, TAKES YOUR MONEY, AND HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING IT BACK IS STILL ON HERE.

I do not understand why if I search for X product your app shows me everything, except the X product. If I want to buy online I don't want to find it hard. Looking for almost 20 minutes for something that I directly set at the start.
