It's great to have the ClassDojo app to stay updated on my children's school activities every day. A big thank you to the school and the app for providing regular updates and keeping parents informed about their children's learning and daily activities. ClassDojo is a fantastic app, and I highly recommend it to all parents. It's very helpful to have these updates easily accessible on your phone. Thank you so much!

The best way to be in contact with your kids school, and see what they're up to on the newsfeed. Message nurse, teachers, parents etc. anytime.

I love this app, my students absolutely adore it, and it has been very useful! Some suggestions for the future: Some data collecting and behavior tracking options. I am now currently using dojo to track behaviors. I would love to have a prompt to select secondary behaviors &/or antescendants. As we all know, behaviors are increasing, and this would be such a seamless way to create behavior goals or contracts to collaborate with families at home and track their progress.

I hate this app. No search function - no ability to save/ pin items without paying a subscription (no, thanks!). Instead of dates it tells you how many hours or days ago a post was made, so you have to constantly work that out. Looking for a post I know was made a couple of weeks ago - can't find it! In the age of AI why are schools clinging to this 90s tech??

This is not a good app. It shows notifications for things you've already seen, the action buttons sit underneath your phone buttons (Google Pixel) so it's impossible to leave the endless "upgrade" prompts. There's no way to tag, search, or filter messages, so you get bombarded with stuff that isn't relevant and miss the things that are important. Useful for direct communication with teachers but otherwise very poor

When I was in third through fifth grade, my teacher used this app. If children do something bad, a point is deducted from their score, and if the child does something good, then they receive a point. This is teaching children that they'll always be rewarded with something if they do something good, which is not true. They should be taught that being a good person is the right thing to do in any situation, even if it benefits them or not.

This app is IRRITATING. It has the same basic navigation as Facebook, but I truly hate using it because they've gamified it too much. I do not care about my kid's "monster hatching." I don't want to have to go through the "meet the teacher" and "student settings" every time I sign in. I don't want to have to download an app to read an announcement about homework. I'm tired of other parents not understanding the difference between private vs public messages. Plus far too many ads/paywalls.
