There is no doubt that this is the best Sudoku app available in Android. My only wish is that candidate coloring be added. So many of the more complex solving techniques used by Logic Wiz in It's own hints cannot be done without candidate coloring. I hope and pray thst the developers will add candidate coloring at some stage... Then this app will be PERFECT.

The best sudoku app. Very customizable user interface with almost every feature, including corner, center and double notation that allows both corner and center pencil marks in the same cell. The puzzles are beautiful and challenging, and the hints are making me a better sudoku player. Great job!

This app is exceptional. It explains the Sudoku strategies so well and gives me a chance to practice them. I found Logic wiz when I was struggling to understand X-wing. At the time it was taking me around 1.5 hours to do each of the medium/hard sudoku for NYT. Since practicing with Logic wiz, I can do them, without mistakes, in under 20 minutes. It's been such a joy learning the expert level strategies. They explain it, so I can, not only apply them, but also understand WHY they work.

While I understand the need for ads, the frequency of them and their interruption of the game makes the app unusable without getting frustrated. Pick a different app.

For some the screen goes black whenever an ad won't load, or loads incorrectly, but the ad timer continues to work perfectly fine, so I stare at a black screen for thirty seconds at a time dozens of times a day. After the hundredth time, with the ad frequency being a tad excessive, it feels like torture and poor design. I like the app, but paying to make the problem go away seems malicious to me, enough for me to uninstall, change my review and move to some other sudoku app

Mostly a nice app but on my Pixel 7 with Android 14 often times when the ads end it closes the app or maybe the app crashes either way I have to reopen the app from the start and work my way through all the menu back to wherever I left off. Edit: I actually think this app is much worse than I initially did due to the fact that they continually add more ads. Now in the middle of playing it'll just randomly pop up an ad entirely taking your mind out of the game.
