I like the concept and have been using the app for 3 years. It's great you can do activities in many places, at any hour, which fits a dynamic lifestyle. What I would love to see improved: 1) if you upgrade your cycle subscription, you can't choose when it starts; 2) more filter options as the search bar is slightly delusional. I'd love a postnatal/baby+me category for example; 3) some countries are not on Class pass, such as Israel and Mexico, and I'm missing an international focus for travelers

Class pass the idea is great but doesn't look like they use the android app internally. It's got a couple of serious usability bugs that would have been sorted if anyone in class pass used the android app. Makes booking classes hard, and sometimes I just don't bother. It struggles with your location and thinks I'm in a different country sometimes or doesn't update when travelling. Need to re-enter the search again and the back button resets the view.

My trial clearly showed it was valid until 31 August, yet Class Pass charged me AED 349 at 6am on 31 August. I planned to cancel that day after using my remaining credits, but customer service then told me that if I use credits on the final day, they count as the next cycle, and I may lose my refund. Extremely confusing and unfair. Do not get sucked into this app without reading every detail. In my experience, it is not worth the hassle. A lso they have a fake customer service email.

I cancelled my membership just after a payment cycle and had 30 credits. The app says you can use them, and then they will expire at the end of the month, while I think that is a scam, as I have paid for the credits but whatever. But the app suddenly freezes and doesn't let you book anything once the cancel even when you are in the billing cycle. This includes online. No classes are available once you cancel, which is a proper scam. Stay away from this app.

This app feels designed to make you lose credits. Subscribe before your trial ends? You can lose your remaining credits. Cancel your membership? Credits are gone. Booking is also risky: the app can send you back to today's date, making it easy to book the wrong day. This happened to me—I was looking for a Wednesday class, pressed back, and ended up booking Monday by mistake. I only noticed later and lost credits because I cancelled too late. Too many unnecessary ways to lose credits.
