I am in LOVE with this app. The whole concept is thrilling, and being a lifelong pursuer of all treasures beneath the Claw, it's almost as if they tailor made this game for me. A skeptic as well, I went by the reviews and gave it a shot. The prize that I won came in the mail today, a purse that I love. Used to be better. Disappointed. Even got family and friends playing and my sister still hasn't gotten her prizes from July. 12 items in total and when she got ahold of them they said they don't have the items anymore and will find her could back. What and how many coins spent to get item and the money for shipping? We started switching prizes to have sets and now everyone is upset. Wishing I never got everyone playing. Wasted too much money on prizes I could just buy cheaper from a wish like site

My prize the first got the bracelet hurts, and it was delivered on the ground steps where somebody could have step on it. I'm not impressed with the prizes so far I'll keep it, but I'm not doing it a lot I have not bought any coins.

AVOID!! Terrible service. Won 10 prizes, paid over $20 in shipping. 5 months later, nothing. Been talking to their supposed 'customer service' for three weeks, they just keep saying it's being addressed by other departments. Recap: 5 months and 3 weeks!! No compensation, no refund, avoid! Go to a real arcade instead! Also, 80% of their machines don't even close the claw.
