Through our app, customers can compare pricing of local mobile car washers, chat with them before committing to a booking and purchase a mobile car wash at a date and time of their choosing.

Q: What are your prices? A: Because we are a marketplace of mobile car valeters and detailers, we don’t set the pricing our operators do. This way our customers can see a range of prices from nearby car washers and can ensure that they are getting the best possible price for their mobile car wash. To see the pricing of mobile car washers in your area, download the app and add your location.
Q: Do I need to provide parking? A:For the mobile car wash to take place the operator will require parking next to or in close proximity to your vehicle. This does not have to be on a driveway at your home, but can also be carried out on a public road as long as parking is available.
Q: Do I have to provide water? A: The majority of our onboarded car washers will provide water for your valet or detail. However, there maybe some who will require access to water. Contact the washer you’ve booked through the chat function in the app to find out.

Q: My booking has been cancelled. How do I get my money back? A: If a car washer has cancelled your booking with them, you will automatically be fully refunded. Please bear in mind, it may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.

The app is ok, but have tried booking someone on 3 separate occasions. They either cancelled at the last moment, or they didn't turn up.

The concept of the app is great but unfortunately the services are extremely extortionate! The cheapest was £30 1hr for a basic clean! I can do a basic clean for £4, and it takes me 10 mins max on a normal solid city car. And before you message about labor...I used to work retail at £12.76 an hour, and I did more in an hour then these car cleaners will or can ever do! I'd be happy to pay £7 but these crooks are overcharging by over 328%. I will stick to my hand car washing myself.

Beware of this company. Booked a clean, and they didn't turn up twice. Even if you cancel in plenty of time they will take a £2.50 service charge!

A lot of reviews here, are about the service they get from the Clean Me washers, but they should also be about how the app works, which is bad, in my opinion. It generates bookings, and automatically accepts them without reference to you! It's a joke. I hate the app. Trying to communicate with the washer is not straightforward. He does a good job, but I reckon that if you don't almost immediately reply to any messages from your washer, it overrides your booking! Not impressed.
