When it works correctly it's a good app. Keep getting a to far away from this site when I'm actually at the site. It would be Good to get a notification that incident reports have been received and actions if any just to know it was received.

I get frustrated with the reminders as I go to scan out... Did I lock the door, etc? Every now and then might be preferable to every day for a month? I only ever read the questions one time then I hit 'yes' as quickly as I can, so I can scan out. Four out of five ain't bad.

The recent button and back button are not available inside the app. And a lot of bugs. Sometimes it asks to scan the QR code and provide the photo again and again. It's difficult for cleaners to do the same thing again and again until it's signed in, specially for the cleaners who have to attend to multiple sites. They can't waste time on a broken app, scanning QR codes and taking selfies multiple times. I recommend Vivid, to install a fingerprint scanner in each site. Thank you.

This app is shockingly terrible, if I could give it a negative rating I would do so without blushing or hesitating. In all honesty a 1-star rating is very misleading. I almost always get a "no show" message, and it causes my boss to question my intentions. This app takes a very long time to get through especially when I have to res can a few times and do the selfies a few times. Seriously people it's not worth the stress, and I don't get paid enough for the psychologist appointments.
