Initially I was pretty skeptical about this app, but I am blown away by how well it works. I have struggled with losing weight and alcohol dependence for 20 years. After the first time I listened to both the aversion session for weight and the alcohol dependence sessions I noticed a huge difference. I can look at the sweet foods I love and feel nothing. I don't want to touch them. With alcohol, I just don't feel like it. In 3 days I have lost over a kilo with no effort. Try it!

Paid for the download of one session. Then downloaded the app as it said you could access the purchased session via the app. Created a login but each time it just went on an everlasting loop so l uninstalled the app. I am skeptical after the experience with the app.

Doesn't allow me to do lots of things. Maybe because I don't subscribe, but I have spent £££ on sessions so don't see why I don't get the full experience. Doesn't keep track of my progress through a package, won't let me journal, Doesn't let me save favorites.

I was using the app daily for about a month and realized it's just not working, so I stopped. But I decided to give it another try recently. I typically fall asleep to the hypnosis as I listen to it at bedtime. But I decided to try not to fall asleep, and this time, I realized that there's no mention of the issue I'm trying to overcome. It's literally all about relaxing and counting down the steps and more relaxing, but trying to stop the issue at hand isn't mentioned. Why is that?
