The reason Clear Mountain Bank keeps being named Morgantown's best bank is because they are. Competent staff, always pleasant and ready to help. I'm grateful to Clear Mountain Bank for the care they take of my accounts.

I've depended on this app daily but at least twice a year it won't work for days at a time. I go to open it, and it closes back down but remains in the background unable to open. I have to go to the website to check my accounts. Ridiculous.

Hardly can ever get the app to work properly, now wants password verification even though I use thumbprint, The whole purpose of doing recognition was that I didn't have to always remember the password it's ridiculous, Time to find another bank
